Fantastic service from Hathaway Styles Jewellers

First, I just need to say that this is not a management posting. I bought an engagement ring in May 2009 and both my fianc e and I are very happy with both the ring and the service received.

Some notes about the website:

- I found the photos of the jewellery to be of a very high standard, which made browsing the jewellery very easy.

- Well written descriptions.

- The prices are amazing in comparison to what you would pay for the same item on the high street.

Some notes about the jewellery:

- The princess cut engagement ring in white gold that I ordered was of high quality and beautifully finished, and looking at it now against certain jewellery on the high street I can safely say the quality really shows.

- The ring came complete with a diamond certificate and although I'm not too certain what all the grading criteria means it's nice to have as an assurance.

- I ordered the standard diamond and even though I could have upgraded it the diamond certainly doesn't disappoint.

Some notes about the service:

- The communication which was mainly by e-mail was first class. After placing the order I was e-mailed a confirmation of the order and an estimated date for when the ring would be ready, which in my case was only 4 days after I ordered it.

- The ring arrived promptly after this and was nicely packaged.

- Unfortunately after proposing to my then girlfriend it had turned out that I had ordered the wrong size, oops! Hathaway Styles were great and sent me out a ring sizer (which I should have asked for in the first place) and packaging to return it to them in, they also paid for its return deliveries even though the error was on my part. They adjusted the ring and returned it to us within a week FOC, and now it fits perfectly.

- Really great service from these guys and I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
