I recently received a Ceylonese blue sapphire which I purchased from their website on 14th December. The gem is of very good quality and came in a very impressive packaging.

I have been shopping from gem pundit before some days and now a crack occur in gemstone so I call there and tell them about it and they have said that they send new gemstone on behalf of the crack one. And after 15 days I have received new one gemstone. So i am happy now.

This 22 august, I bought a Colombia green emerald of 4.29 carat from them. I have been looking for one for quite some time and I got this at their website at very good price. I am very impressed with the stone quality, which I later got it set into a ring through them only. Considering the fact that I asked the package to be sent to an US address, they were prompt with their services. Overall I am quite satisfied with their services and if need arises, I would buy again from them.

Its a great online store for gemstones. Prices are much cheaper, a number of variety products are there and the quality of goods is excellent. I found the website very user friendly. Ordered a yellow sapphire and got it delivered in 4 days. Very helpful customer service and had a good experience with the support staff as well. I would highly recommend Gempundit.com!

I had bought (Feroza) from them on 2nd September 2014, but till now (21.09.14) there is no indication of my order. Whenever I send them an email asking the update they use to reply same thing. "Your order is in process. Will inform you the details once it is shipped". Now it is 20 days and they still did not provide me any details about my order. My order number is 100002622.

I cannot recommend this people to any of my friends until I will satisfy by getting my item on time.

GemPundit is probably the only site that shows the video of the gemstone. I usually don't write reviews online, but the videos of the gemstones made me so comfortable that I went for the purchase. Do note that they require about a week if you get the gemstone fixed in a ring or pendant, so plan accordingly.Best part is this they give free lab certificate.
