Right from the start I was assigned a staff member to assist me through each step of the order process. I ordered an engagement ring that is usually ready within three weeks, but I needed in in two weeks' time.

The customer service team member replied my e-mails (on a Sunday!) and said that he would mark the order as urgent and that I would receive it within two weeks. He kept me up to date every step of the way and I received the ring at 12noon on the day he originally thought the ring would be ready.

Overall I found the buying experience from engagement-rings.co.uk to be very good. Once I had placed my order I was contacted by Ben who gave me an estimation of 7 days to make the ring which turned out to be correct, he then arranged with me a date for delivery at my convenience, which is a nice touch for an item of such importance.

The ring itself came with a marginally larger diamond than ordered (0.52 carat rather than 0.50) which is a bonus and also looks great.

I will definitely be ordering our wedding bands from them and would recommend to friends.
