Having received an excellent service when we bought my diamond engagement ring from Congenial Diamonds 8 months ago, we booked an appointment for our wedding rings in their showroom in Guildford. Our appointment was relaxed and informative. We are getting married in September and I was really struggling to find a wedding ring I loved. After many (many) hours searching local jewellers and online I found the perfect ring at Congenial Diamonds. I was a bit nervous buying a ring online without being able to see it in real life and try it on but after reading all the good reviews I decided to go for it - it was the only one I'd seen that I really liked. I'm so glad I did, she was so helpful on the phone and I had regular emails from her updating me on the progress. When the ring arrived I was delighted, it was exactly what I wanted. Extremely impressed with the patience and helpful approach provided by the person I dealt with  at the showroom in Guildford. We were hesitant to buy a diamond ring online. So we booked an appointment at the showroom. My fiancee and I must have spend over 2 hours going through a number of engagement ring designs and discussing different options. There wasn't any time while we were there that we felt rushed or pressured in making a decision. In the end we selected a stunning three stone engagement ring with princess cut diamonds. We have looked at many rings, both at the local jewellery shops and online. In our opinion, the three stone engagement ring we chose from Congenial diamonds is excellent quality and value for our money. We called their customer service to ask whether the diamond came with a certificate. They confirmed it did. We found this very important as it gave us the reassurance on the quality of the diamond we were purchasing. We were very happy with the non pushy and friendly advice we received. Having done my research at the local jewellers and on the web, I finally found the engagement ring I have been looking for on the Congenial Diamonds website. It was easy to order online and it arrived in just over two weeks. It's exactly what I wished for and it is actually looks much better than the video and images on their website. To top it all up, I received great customer service who kept me updated of the progress and delivery timings. Would recommend to friends and would definitely buy from them again.

In November 2015 my husband wanted to buy me an eternity ring, but after looking far and wide was unable to find a ring that suited me. Until he found the Congenial Diamonds website! On the site we found a 5-diamond yellow gold ring we liked, and I wanted to make sure the dimensions of the ring as on the website would exactly fit with my wedding and engagement ring (I wanted to wear the three rings together). I tried calling Congenial Diamonds to discuss height, width and size of the band and the diamonds, as their website states their rings can be made to measure, but was unsuccessful, so instead I sent an email.

What followed was a very helpful email correspondence, in which I was very much assured that we could order the ring to any specification, and it would be produced especially for me.

I was a bit nervous about the whole process, as it meant spending a lot of money on a ring I would not be able to try on until after I bought it, but any concerns were answered (e.g. they have a return policy, in case needed), and the professionalism, knowledge, detail and speed with which my emails were replied to made all the difference.

When the ring was ready to be shipped, I received it within one day through registered courier delivery: IT IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! I'm blown away by its beauty and could not be happier with the ring they made for me. It fits so beautifully with my other rings that they appear to be a set, and already I've received many compliments.

After months looking in shops for a design that my fiancee likes, we saw a stunning ring on their website. My fiancee just fell in love with it. However it was slightly out of our budget. So we called to ask how we could have the ring customised to fit in our price range. The person we spoke to from their customer service was absolutely brilliant. Very patient and helpful with our demands. We were happy with the advice and placed the order on that basis. We received the ring a few weeks ago and we are extremely happy with it.
