eventually they refunded.
OK so I bought a Rolex from Sammleruhren Atelier,
Germany for €950. Advert said original Rolex with original box and an invoice.
It arrived wrapped in newspaper, great for a 1000 euro watch, no invoice or original box?!
I checked time keeping=+ 10 minutes a day
I checked the movement= not Rolex
I contacted Chrono24, after 3 days someone responded saying I must pay return postage for a box of rubbish.
I see Chrono24 has good reviews, I am at a loss to know how, they are allowing anything to be sold good or rubbish.
After all above I decided to cancel my account but not possible, then I tried to cancel my adverts also not possible.

OK,
I'm a private seller for 2 years or more. Never sold a watch on Chrono24.
However I advertised for a fee of over €90, an Apple Inc. watch more recently for €2370 because Chrono24 offered a moneyback quarantee if not sold within 6 months!
It was not sold so I asked for the refund................... that was at the beginning of October.
Eventually I received a reply giving convoluted instructions how to recevie the refund that were so ambiguous I requested them in PLAIN ENGLISH.
That was back in October,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, no reply.
Today December 6, 2 months after my original request I received an email asking if I wanted to renew my adverts111111111?
I have replied both via personal email and the Chrono24 website today requesting how to receive my refund as the watch is unsold.
I wonder if I'll ever get a refund, I'll keep you posted.
In summary I would say if you have money to burn use Chron24.

Today I have requested a refund on my Apple/Beatles watch, the insertion for this was offered to refund if not sold. After about 7 emails, not including todays 2, I have never received a straight forward reply other than to re-initiate the adverrt. After I receive a reply to todays 2 emails I will reply again to this complaint. No where on your website do you have any possibility to cancel an ad purchased with a money back guarantee that functions, for this advert. Also your replies in the past have been mis-leading to the 'nth degree, everythind stops me getting a refund?
