After searching through numerous online watch retailers and phoning and emailing many i finally came across BIJ Watches. The most helpful and courteous of staff who handled my inquiry was not only efficient and professional but also informative. I placed my order immediately, had my order confirmation within seconds and my order then arrived within 48 hours in top notch condition. The amazing service was also coupled with the best price for the watch that i found online and i made an online saving of over 40% of the RRP / SSP ! Don't shop anywhere else !!

Ordered the CK Fly Diamond watch online after finding they had the lowest price by £70 and free delivery. Never used the site before so was a bit dubious. However, I had a couple of emails telling me the status of my order, watch was delivered by next day special delivery, the time was set and the CK warranty card was filled out. The corner of the box had suffered from a dent to one corner but not during delivery, it was wrapped in bubble wrap. Watch is in perfect order just as pictured on the web. I'd have no problem buying from them again.

After I searched many European online stores, I finally decided to buy my SEIKO Premier from http://www.bijwatches.co.uk/ and there is many reasons for that. First of all, they actually do have all the watches they offer on their site IN STOCK, and that is important thing to know. I ordered the last watch from that collection, and as soon as I made the payment, they removed this watch from their site. Apart from fact that they are the authorized dealer site for SEIKO watches, they had my watch available at the lowest price I could find anywhere else. Finally, they offered the official two year manufacturers warranty with this watch, and 30 days return policy. I placed my order on Tuesday, 6th of March, and it arrived to my address in Netherlands on Friday, 9th of March. My watch arrived in brand new condition, well packed and secured in original SEIKO presentation box and paperwork, with the invoice enclosed. I have to mention the fact that my watch arrived without the official SEIKO warranty card, so I sent a short mail to the customer support and they replied within a couple of minutes with the official apology, and they immediately shipped my warranty card. It is good to know that I enjoy that kind of support from them. They are very professional and dedicated in dealing with the customers. I have very positive experience with the BIJ Watches.

Stumbled across BIJ watches after searching the net for a good deal on a Tissot visodate, not only were they the cheapest I found but could offer next day delivery! Ordered the watch slightly sceptical but next day I received my watch well packaged as its exactly what I wanted.

Would recommend to anyone.

The Tissot ladies watch was ordered on the website which offered free size adjustment of the metal strap. When the watch arrived, no attempt had been made to adjust the strap. I contacted the BIJ chat line and was informed that the order recorded on the system did not show any sizing request. Fortunately I still had the order confirmation (and still have) which shows that a size had been requested. Once this had been conceded the only suggestion from BIJ was that I took it to any Tissot dealer and they would adjust the strap free of charge. This I did but it wasn't free, in fact I was embarrassed by asking as the jeweller thought it an impertinence. In addition the jeweller informed me that the Tissot guarantee would not be valid because the sticker on the back of the watch should be added to the guarantee card and signed over by the dealer. The sticker is still on the watch and there is no guarantee card.

So there we have it, my wife has a very nice watch, but I didn't save any money by going to BIJ and it appears that the watch isn't guaranteed.

I ordered a steel/white face Tissot Visodate watch from BIJWatches after discovering that not only do they have by far the best price for this watch (a clear £60 less than the competition), but they offer RMSD free!

On ordering the watch I noticed on the website that the order went immediately into "back order" status, so I rang the number on the website. A very pleasant and polite gentlemen told me that although the watch had been ordered, Tissot were having great difficulty meeting demand. He then asked me when I needed the watch by - as it turned out, I didn't really need it by any particular date, but this led to the revelation that BIJ would have it within two to three weeks.

That was a week ago and the watch is awaiting collection at my local post office. Talk about under-promising and over-delivering!

I am very pleased with the service I've received from BIJWatches - at all times it has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Not to mention the incredibly keen price for this extremely popular watch.

The only slight criticism I have is that my credit card was charged immediately when I placed the order, and I would have preferred that it only be charged when the watch shipped. Not a big deal, and doesn't besmirch a good buying experience.

I inadvertently drowned my favourite Swatch (Gents Time in Blue GN716) at Center Parcs on holiday and set about trying to replace it with an identical model. Sadly, not as easy as I thought! I visited all my local jewellers & the nearest Swatch shop but to no avail. One of my local jewellers tried to track one down for me but even when she contacted Swatch itself, she had no joy - they were out of stock as it was a 2004 model. I considered buying a new model but none were as good; mine was both attractive and the perfect size and it also had both day and date displays and invaluable in my job as a Medical Receptionist.

Searching on-line, I tried countless websites and eventually came across BIJ Watches and for the first time my treasured watch didn't appear to be out of stock. I ordered and paid, hardly dare hoping BIJ would be able to come up trumps and waited. Some weeks later, I emailed BIJ to chase up my order and expected a 'no joy' reply but....within the week, I happily took delivery of a brand new, identical replacement!

Overjoyed hardly comes close to expressing my gratitude and to crown it all, my new watch actually cost less than the original! Thank you BIJ from the bottom of my heart, I am so very grateful :-)
