I came across (read 'was pointed in the direction of') this Etsy shop after my wife had spotted something on there she liked. Looking at the site, there are loads of beautiful items and she has selected a particular necklace that was long, with brass cast flowers, I think (you may have gathered that I am not a jewellery aficionado).

I now have the item and it looks just as lovely as in its picture and I am sure that my wife will be very happy with it when I give it to her.

What really impressed though was the speed of service. It was shipped the same day as purchase and in my hands in the UK (from the US) 6 days later. I was also kept informed of this by the site owner.
