The lady listens to my predicament as a husband working away who could not make it home for his anniversary I was desperate to give my wife something special however my item was out of stock. She suggested an alternative which could be exchanged at a later date if absolutely necessary she also went out and bought an anniversary card and wrote a message I sent her into the card and promised to ensure it got to my wife for the next day.

order made online, the delivery could be faster. The company should provide valuation for the jewellery items so that we can use that for insurance purpose. The valuation could part if the invoice raised with two prices one with the sale price and the other with the actual retail price.
