I have bought three watches, 2 of which quit working.the company has been sold and I have a watch 3 months old that the stem came off, they tell me it not my problem, really? Really?

So, that's fine..just want to warn people don't buy from Amatory or amatory.cn

Its junk! And they don't service or back what they sell.

This company cost me 180 pounds,I bought a rolex submariner for 150 pounds,the watch was rubbish, the glass was pressed in at an angle,when setting the time, the hands would only go backwards,and when you screwed the crown wheel out, it came right out.They asked me to send it back,specifying not to use certain couriers because of the expense,Ok I did this,and used parcelhero at a cost of 36 pounds,when the package got to the depot it was taken over by DHL,and was given a tracking No,I tracked the parcel to China where DHL informed me that the package had been seized by customs.I stated on the package that is was a replica,this apparently is against there regulations,no replica imports to china,how ironic that china produces more replicas than any other country.No one has ever mentioned this bizarre rule to me,someone must have known this,I have asked for some compensation, but to no avail,watch gets destroyed by customs,no proof of the dodgy watch,I lose approx 180 pounds,and their laughing all the way to the bank.If you want my vote to revoke this companies trading license,you got it.These people need investigating.

I have ordered two watches on this website one month ago. They said they were preparing the order but two weeks ago I haven’t heard about them so I asked.. And they said that one watch was unavailable.

And since they’re doing no effort, they don’t want to refund me and ask me to choose another one, which I did, but three times they replied they don’t have it in stock and ask me again to choose another one.

If you guys wanna loose your money and your time, buy on this website!

"I had a bad experience by buying a watch which was defective and they said that I have to pay for shipping it back to them to fix it. they said that they will send the part (crown screw) and I can take it to watch shop and fix it myself. This email tag went on for couple of weeks and I got fed up and asked for refund and they said it is past 10 days and no refund. NEVER, EVER I WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN."

I have 3 watches from Amatory...I know what to expect.. just dont go crazy and spend for the up grade for the Swiss watch..I thought it would be a safe bet..but my Rolex quit keeping day and date the first week..sucks because it looks great..Now they say you can send it back for repair after you to try a local shop to fix it..plus the circus of events to send it back and your out shipping cost..lesson learned here..These watches are good for about 8 months to a year..and they do look and feel awesome..just dont up grade..buy the Jap movement..with very little extra stuff for the watch to do..just get a datejust or no date on you time peice..I will still order from these folks..just will not go Swiss ever again..wasted my money..By the way..all my watches were rolexs..all had day and date...the Jap movement lasted longer then the Swiss..Good luck...

I received the wrong watch that I originally purchased, however the package they sent me after my original order arrived very fast. Their customer service e-mails were prompt and available. They told me to ship it and where, and that upon arrival they'd process for the replacement to be sent on their dime. Overall I was very pleased at that time.

I mailed the watch back to their place in China, (tracking unavailable, so I was hesitant that they'd simply claim it never arrived) and waited. I've shipped abroad in the past and usually allowing 2-3 weeks is plenty. So, I had assumed by the end of two months later that they had no plans to ship me my original watch and that I was out the original purchase price. Definitely frustrating, but I knew this was a possibility going in.

Then, about two months after the original shipment back to their place in China, I got an e-mail saying they'd be shipping out my replacement and that the original package arrived. So, overall while I had to wait quite a bit of time, it would appear that even though it took a while for them to complete the order and correct the mistake, I'm definitely pleased that I'm not out of the money and have at least something to show for it.

The site is easy to use & with agents able to take real time queries via an instant messenger I was extremely impressed with the service HOWEVER as is often the case- everything is rosy when they want your money...

Upon arrival my watch didn't work & the Rolex box it came in was visibly tatty & doggy eared. I contacted Amatort the Same day & informed them. To be fair, they were quite responsive (albeit to reiterate how unlikely it was that's watch was broken & that it was checked before it was sent, implying - I felt- some impropriety on my part!!) . Eventually the team ask I make a video demonstrating that the watch didn't work & then send it to them. This was hassle but of course I understood the necessity! So again, that day I made recordings- took pictures & sent emails. The next day I sent the items back to china for 'closer inspection' as instructed. This is where the REAL problem started. Firstly Amatory DO NOT fund returns (despite the fact I spent over $663 for a SWISS Replica !!!!) so through no fault of my own I had to send the watch back to china recorded delivery which is £60 from the UK!!!

You can probably guess the rest: I have been waiting 6 weeks now & no refund! That is ALOT of money to give away for nothing. I am in consistent contact with the representatives there but they deny ever receiving the goods- my postal tracker tells me it is definitely in China & arrived 8 days after I sent it but is not tracked to the door ( thy was even more additional cost for this service) & therefore amatory are simply denying its shown up- what can you do???

The most telling fact I can provide is that I was advised by the so called customer service manager, that when sending my items back I should indicate thy the contexts are below $50 in value! This is all the package is insured for apparently. So $667 for a $50 bit of tin seems like a good hustle to me.

I just want my money back. Don't make my mistake!! Avoid avoid avoid

Consider yourself warned!

Been over a month and have been told so many different excuses that I can't keep up. They have changed their phone number twice in the last 30 days, probably because of so many ripped off customers. I have ask for my refund over and over and told my shipment would be going out in 24-48 hours. They give me a different excuse everyday! Don't use!

Happy with quality of watch- keeps good time, looks exactly as pictured on site

Main area different from Rolex original ( I own an authentic Submariner )is in quality-weight of imitation Jubilee band- not as heavy, machining process is less fine than on original

Will buy again soon

I ordered Prada Boston Top Handle Black but they sent me Prada Saffiano.They asked me to return it which would cost me 55 USD and they only would pay 10 usd.They responded rudely.Stay away from amatory or you would be ripped off.
