Bad delays on arrival of goods

My wife wanted a charm bracelet for Christmas this year so I did some research and found out about the different brands and prices - I found this site (www.adornedjewellery.com) while I was looking for a good price on Pandora bracelets online through an add on Google. It was really well laid out - and I'm not a frequent jewellery buyer! - and has a good search function that allows you to search by description ('blue', 'silver', 'bracelet') across the whole site, but in addition you can select a price band too. The prices were cheaper than anywhere else I could find. The images were really good, which I found was poor on other sites where I couldn't really see what I would be buying - and there was a gift ideas section with complete, starter charm bracelets. In the end I ordered a silver bracelet, a charm and some posh glass beads. I messed up the payment even after trying twice though, as my credit card is quite worn and I couldn't read the long number clearly, so it rejected my card. I was so mad because I'd just spent 20 minutes finding exactly what I wanted - but, and this is what impressed me - they had seen on their system that I'd tried to buy and had a problem and called me up within about 30 minutes from the contact details I'd put in at the website's checkout. They confirmed the order details and (under a bright light!) I carefully read the card details to them and they took the payment over the phone. When I said it was a present for my wife, they suggested that they send it to a different address and so I had it sent to my work address, so I'm glad they thought of that. It arrived 2 days later and looks the business, just like on the site.
