I purchased my wedding ring from this company. It arrived about 10 days after I ordered it, as it was diamond cut & engraved special for my order. About a week before the wedding I had a problem with my hands, my fingers swelled up & I could not get the wedding ring on. I rang Adorna & explained about the ring & asked if they could make me another ring in a larger size. I thought that, with less than 4 days to my wedding, the ring would not be ready in time. After I explained my problem I was told they would do their best to get me a ring but with such short notice they could not guarantee it would arrive in time. This was Tuesday afternoon, the wedding was Saturday morning, so I was amazed when on Friday morning my new ring arrived. It was absolutely beautiful. I am so grateful to these guys as without their help I would have had no ring for my wedding. About 2 weeks after the wedding, my fingers had swollen more & the ring became too tight to wear, so I rang Adorna again & they offered to stretch the ring for me. I sent the ring back to them & a week later my ring arrived back & fits a treat. I am so pleased with the service I have received from these guys & would highly recommend them to everyone. They certainly went the extra mile & more for me

It seems I am the first to review this company on Reviewcentre and indeed it seems, to date, their testimonials remain within their own website only. Time to change that.

My reasons for ending up at the door of Adorna are quite protracted and need not be mentioned in this review. From the outset Adorna delivered a business ethos that was very much loaded in favour of the customer and indeed filled me with complete assurance that I would be in receipt of a quality product, a great service and unbeatable value.

What was delivered exceeded this initial assessment of what Adorna would offer and we are over the moon with the product. The incredible speed from order to despatch probably would not be matched by any bespoke company.

I get the impression that Adorna is new to the market, but there is no doubt that P and J know the industry inside out.
