I purchased a watch for $180 from this site. The package arrived on time - but when i opened it i realised it was not the watch that i ordered. I contacted the seller and i found them to seem difficult to deal with on the phone, they basically tried to make out that i had been sent the correct watch and that was the end of it. I sent an email with a link (from their site) of the watch that I ordered and also a picture of the watch that i had been sent to prove it. I then called them again that evening - they agreed that it was not the same as the watch that i had purchased but it was a great watch and was sold for 100$ less than it was worth. I asked why there was a sticker on the back of the watch stating 'change battery may 2008' - the response was 'is the watch working?' i said yes - and they said 'no problem then!' Also there is no warranty with the watch even thought I was assured there was. Finally i emailed to state that i wish to return the watch as it is not the one i paid for and I want a refund - I have received no reply yet.
