Have made two orders from TonerGreen. The first, things worked great. On the second, the first toner cartridge created very light images, but, it was livable (really, just not worth the hassle of a return). Now, installing the second cartridge in our other Canon 128, it doesn't fit whatsoever. Holding it alongside the other cartridge from the original order, it is visibly different, as if some bozo slapped a C 128 sticker on a random toner. I could slap a C 128 sticker on my cat, but that doesn't mean I can just cram him in my printer and expect great-looking images, tempting though it may be.

On the very own website, heading to the purported customer service section, entering in an inquiry leads you to:

"The page you requested was not found"

Sadly, it seems customer service at TonerGreen is absolutely non-existent. Cheaper refurbished toners sure do sound like a nice idea, but, if they don't work (or even fit), then no price is worth complete junk.

Awesome store. Ordered two DR110 drums, arrived promptly with no issues. Good communication and low low low prices. They are also eco-friendly which was a factor in my decision to buy from them.

At first I was hesitant to buy a recycled toner cartridge but my advocacy to save our planet took over me. So far I am satisfied with the quality of remanufactured toner from Tonergreen. There is hardly any difference in the printout especially if you're only printing texts. The price is about 50% to 70% cheaper than OEMs. Since Tonergreen is an online store, order process is user-friendly, I also appreciate the free shipping.
