As the title mentions all of the aspects of the online shop were great.

I initially called the customer service number as I was unsure of the ink I needed for my printer. They advised me of the right model number and suggested that I try the new compatible variant (Epson T1281 Black).

Postage wasn't free like a lot of ink shops but I liked it as it meant I knew they weren't hiding the postage costs in the products price. I suppose it also means if you were buying in bulk you would get a pretty good deal.

Checkout process was simple with PayPal being accepted and was done within 5 minutes.

I paid a little extra for 1st class recorded delivery and it arrived well packaged the next morning so can't complain on that either.

Nothing bad to say about ink zone, would reccomend them.
