The website states that they will pay cash for your empty ink cartridges. They ask you to use a padded envelope. I sent 8 cartridges on 30 May 2012 and have not heard from them. I phoned them twice, emailed them three times and written a letter and they have not replied. The amount due is £12.25. I have a list of the items sent and a certificate of posting. The address is: The Recycling Centre, Dept 2, FREEPOST SEA 0216, Chatham, Kent, ME5 8BR and their phone number is: 0845 603 3515. On the phone I was told that because a freepost address is used and not first-class post then the Postal Services do not deliver on time, so it could be many days before they get the parcel. Also, due to the Bank Holiday there would be a delay. I waited and phoned again ten days later. This time I was asked for my phone number, that's all. Nothing. I then sent the emails, and the letter was posted 23 June 2012. I am hoping that someone there will read this and contact me to send me the cheque amount due. I also hope that other customers will note this company for the poor service that they have shown to me.
