Description Misleading
Bought 364xl multipack. Site described that cartridges come with all microchips included. On receipt of my order I discovered the black cartridge does not have a microchip attached. You have to use the chip from your old real HP cartridge, and stick it to a piece of plastic they send you.
I could not get this to work. So I've wasted my money.
The other cartridges work fine. But they are useless without a black cartridge!!!!!
Since writing this review, I have been contacted by the company and they have apologised for the error and sent me replacement cartridges. They have explained that their supplier had delver to them the wrong cartridges, but they had not realised this until I pointed it out. They also said they would be contacts all their customers who have ordered these cartridges to make sure they have the correct ones. That is very good service! On this basis I give www.hpinkcartridges.co.uk *****

Cartridges I Bought From Www.hpinkcartridges.co.uk
I wanted to order two cartridges including the black and the colour cartridges that my printer takes, ended up getting them all in a multipack for way less than I expected.
The site was easy to use and fairly quick in terms of getting through the checkout bit.
It arrived fairly quickly and the cartridges are in my printer now, so far they are just as good as real HP cartridges so I am very happy :D
