I ordered my BBQ and a couple of fire pits 'last minute' from the Website ahead of the Easter Weekend. Over the course of the next 36 hours I had a couple of reasons to call the WoWBBQ customer service line. On both occasions the phone was answered within three rings and the guys on the end of the phone were ultimately polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Potential problems were resolved without 'drama' and in a calm and understanding manner. so much so I actually enjoyed the interaction and came away smiling at the fact that customer service is indeed alive and well and resides at WoWBBQ HQ - an experience that is sadly all to rare in these times of automated messages, outsourced 'service' centres and 'press three for misery'!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either the products I bought, or the WoWBBQ company to anyone - MANY thanks guys - You deserve to do well!

Excellent communication from this company. BBQ ordered with no problems but TNT had "misplaced" the parcel resulting in no delivery being made. No communication from them, I called them to chase this up and was told someone would contact me in a few days...helpful!

I contacted WOW and explained the situation. Although this was very frustrating, the gentleman at wow BBQ couldn't have been more helpful and arranged a very quick delivery the following day. Not impressed with TNT but would defiantly order through this company again.

Found this store online and was seduced by the price. What I hadn'trealised was how great the service would be. They kept me updated, the package arrived within a couple of days and I couldn't be happier with my item which is exactly as described. I will shop with them again.

Ordered the BBQ, delivered. Found another site selling it for 30% less in a few days' time, was selling it for even less around the time of my order. They claim 'the best price online guaranteed' which is a blatant lie. They refused to price match, and when I discussed returning, they refused return in person and asked for return by parcel. Will never shop with them again. If you find anything on Wowbbq website, look around - you are likely to find it cheaper elsewhere.

The order process, selection and price are all great but my order was purchased with a Saturday delivery and a premium delivery price. Unfortunately the product did not arrive as the address was not complete. I emailed the company explaining this and they were of the opinion that it was my fault that it was incomplete. i have ordered hundreds of online deliveries and never had this problem, either the system stops you or it is checked by them and you are notified. They did not want to reimburse the delivery fee and did not offer any thing further - this is the crux of customer service and they seemed to fail.

Excellent service from WOWBBQ- crimson BBQ in stock ( hard to find elsewhere)and at a good price. No extra charge for next day delivery- arrived on time too.

Weber BBQ overall is good quality, let down by poor quality legs that do not fit properly into the kettle BBQ.

Legs are made of thin tubing that the instruction manual says must only be pushed into the fitting on the underside of the kettle. Two went in ok, the third would not fit. If the leg was made of thicker tubing you could tap it in using a hammer and a block of wood, but the metal is so thin that the instruction manual prohibits this or even twisting the leg, presumably to prevent the leg getting bent. Eventually got the third leg partially in with a lot of effort and some grease, but the BBQ looks a bit lopsided. Not what you expect from a £200+ BBQ. Weber, you can do better than this.

Brought a package resulting in a £ saving, also received prior telephone call before delivery explaining that TNT can sometimes be at bit temperamental, which we appreciated very much. Would certainly recommend to use wowbbq for your BBQ needs. Also signed up for newsletter and receive daily updates on reduced Weber accessories.

after trawling internet found what I was looking for. good product ,excellent delivery next day, easy to assembly and great barbecue.top marks to all concerned

Found this in a Google search. What a gem. Easy to use website, great prices compares to others. The first item I bought back in March was over £30 different then a local store. Fast delivery and it arrives well within estimated time. Will defo be using you again.

Exellent delivery service. Brought BBQ and carry case for my husband he loves it . Great value for money . Was cheaper than John Lewis , Argos etc.
