I placed the order which I received in double quick time, I was also kept informed via email every step of the way so that I knew where things were up to. This definitely helps you feel more confident about where you are buying from, that says a lot these days.

Bought a shower curtain rail, nice rail just the right size for my shower. I asked them how it should be 

mounted as no instructions or fixings screws were supplied. Initially I was told to contact my local hardware store for advise of how to install (as it's wall and not ceiling mount I was a bit worried about how sound this would be) the local hardware store were not very forthcoming with this information so I called back and was contacted soon after by the manufacturer who was very helpfull with his advise. So now I have a nice shiny chrome shower rail and am happy!

Phoned to order on Monday, staff very helpful and courteous . Goods arrived Wednesday, meanwhile received 2 e-mails informing of status of order. Couldn't fault any part of the transaction, highly recommend this company, and will be using again if their prices stay as competitive.
