I ordered a product on eBay on 12 April that was to be delivered to a local collection point called 'MIRA Express' a food and alcohol shop. Delivery to them was 16-18 April. Some form of tracking number which I discovered to be useless as they used a click n drop Royal Mail service that has NO tracking until the actual delivery.

MIRA Express told me at the phone they do not do a collection service for eBay or Amazon

This is the message on royal mail 15.01 today:

"An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item"

On this basis I asked for a refund under eBay's very clear 'money back guarantee'

This business has refused saying I must wait till goods are returned to them. This breaches eBay's guarantee and section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974.

This business tell me - I believe dishonestly - they have spoken to eBay about this. They would one in a million if they got through on the phone when every business I know has shut down call centres because of corona, and do all support by email only.

I certainly would never do business with this company again.

I bought a RO filter from Vyair. They forgot to pack the extra filters I ordered in with the initial shipment but it was no trouble to send those seperately when I pointed it out (at extra shipping cost to Vyair). Once I installed the filter and had a failed elbow joint, Phil was incredibly helpful. Happy to give his mobile number and walk me through the filter on a Saturday morning. He sent spare parts without asking for payment and really bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and all set with my filter. This company not only cares about making a sale, but after sales care has been exceptional. I will, of course, be happy to buy all my replacement filters from Phil and look forward to a long relationship with such an excellent company.

When I had a problem several months later, they were quick to assist, promptly sending out the replacement parts at no cost.

Second to none and the filter is the best I've had.

I ordered a water filter from Vyair. And it is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I dealing with hundreds of firms and this company is the worst. It is small business. Firstly when ordering the product, sales person was rude. But the problem came when i found out they mis advertise the products on their website. When I rang the comapny about this they refused to acknowledge the problem and then swore down the phone and put the phone down. This is a very unprofessional company. Stay away, save yourself money and hassle buy your filters elsewhere. Be careful they have several websites watercoolerhq.co.uk and watercoolerhq.com. They also sell on ebay. Be careful from them!
