I purchased a Russel Hobs upright vacuum cleaner approximately three and a half years ago. It has a very good performance but the plastic handle has broken. I rang Russel Hobs and they have told me no spares are available.

I think this is unacceptable and spare parts for any appliance should be available.

for at least 10 years after manufacture. I wont buy Russell Hobs again.

i had to come on hear and wright a review i looked around for a filter for my vacuum cleaner i found them all over the web but stumbled across this company that where offering free delivery and £0.50P cheaper than any were else £2.00 plus if you take in to account a small delivery charge it came the next day i could not believe it i ordered it at around 4PM and by 11AM the next day it was in my dyson i am one happy customer and in a year or so i will go back and order from them again .
