Very poor service. Floor tiles were out of stock , but I was only told this when I went to collect the order. They supplied a heated floor mat for the full area of the bathroom floor, not allowing for bath,basin and toilet. They completely miss calculated the wall areas by over 3sq meters , and we're unable to deal with this matter due to the system being down. When the system was up again we were told that the warehouse had not sent out the correct number of tiles that were on the order. Still waiting for this to be addressed.

The Tile Depot provided an excellent quality and choice of floor tiles, wall tiles, bathroom tiles and kitchen tiles. Their expert staff were on hand to answer all of my questions and also to direct me to the most appropriate product. Out of my final choices, 3 out of 4 were discounted down in the large sale that was in store. The tiles have been down over 12 months and still look as good as the day they were laid.

Their only stores are in the south of England which is a bit of a shame, but if you are down there as we were it is well worth a visit, we visited whilst on holiday and after we ordered they still delivered them for free to our home address.
