Expecting a part ordered within a couple of days like you would expect from any normal internet business. Didn't appear, a week later sourced the part from elsewhere with next day delivery. Emailed numerous times to cancel the order and refund without success. Telephoned and eventually they found the ordered and wondered why I didn't want it the part after 25days. Hoping to receive the refund shortly.

I've ordered an item from their website.

Not so later they've phoned me up, to ask to confirm the purchase (I moved so the delivery address was different from the one in bank database) so they've just confirmed, I own the card, and the package was sent out on the next day...

They were friendly and helpful, and I feel in safe if they have methods to check frauds.

I'm happy with my item, the customer service and the delivery times.

Btw they've got some realy bargain deals, just have to finde them ;)
