No Reply From Customer Services
Having needed to contact Customer Services regarding where my item was, I then had the issue that there is no contact number supplied anywhere, only an email address. Unfortunately they dont reply to any emails, so I am now left in limbo, as needing to go back to my credit card company and seek a refund. The prices at rattanstore.co.uk were very good, but obviously for a reason.
Does Not Deliver!
AWFUL! DO NOT USE. I ordered and paid in early June 2013 and after 83 phone calls, finally received the furniture on the 11th December.
He lied constantly with false delivery dates and endless promises. DO NOT USE.
Utterly utterly appalling. I should have read the article in the gaurdian!
How did you get your money back? They have delivered half of my order and I am wanting to cancel the other half. do you have a number?
Much to our surprise the money has been paid back into our account as they said they couldn't supply her order.
Thanks, unfortunately my daughter stupidly paid on Debit and looks like she has lost her money. After looking into the Company it looks like they use a false website, and although they are still taking people money looks like they might have ceased trading. Completely dodgy I am going straight to Trading Standards. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
Take the matter up with your Trading Standards and also contact the Trading Standards in Carlisle and the police there too. Try Carlisle radio or TV or whatever covers the area. Try Watchdog and any newspapers you think can help.

I am having trouble contacting these people. Does anybody know how I can contact them? I have heard nothing since the initial order confirmation, and they are not answering emails. They have already taken the money for the goods.
