Always shopped at Builders Merchants for this type of item as we are Property Developers and get Trade prices. But the Bath including panel for £99 was £50 less than anywhere else including Website only Retailers. Tesco should go into competition with Screwfix & Wickes and give up Food. The delivery service kept us informed of ETA, phoned an hour before arriving, was bang on time and 2 men brought it in, so at 70 yrs of age I didn't have to lift a finger. Brilliant. It couldn't Be bettered.

And I Even Got Tesco Points!

The bath is exactly as we expected and went in with very little problem, It was delivered on the day selected and I was texted to let me know 90 minutes before delivery

this is a very good bath easy to install and delevery was on time at the date they said they would be at my home the tow man carryed the bath into my home and all the parts where there and no marks on the bath great well done

Great value bath and delivery was good nothing to complain about the order was delivered on time and driver pleasant

Following positive reviews and wanting a steel double ended bath which Victoria bathrooms do not do I thought I would take my chance with Tescobathrooms also known as Mark Two! Our experience of them can be best described as a Shakespeare comedy of errors characterized by poor service, communication and poor quality! Not wishing to write war and peace I would like to highlight the following:

1.Initially we could not get a delivery date

2. My payment card was billed twice

3. The bathroom suite arrived minus the taps which we were told would arrive 10 days later. We had to get baths at our neighbours house!

4.When the taps did arrive they were broken (apparently they do not have a quality control to check them).

5.The first sink was scratched. The second sink was cracked. We decided to install the scratched sink as we were paying bathroom fitters. They have now tried to deliver us two more sinks!

6. My wife has spent much time speaking to customer services, mainly Brian who likes to try and talk over her and never ever offers a word of apology

7. We are still awaiting our Tesco points!

So in summary, avoid this company unless you want to experience tears of anger connected to poor quality, poor communication and non existent customer service!

Order arrived when they said... and you can even contact the driver and get the exact delivery time...

front panel had a small crack but phoned the next day and they sent one out for the following day...this one was also cracked at the bottom but my builder had to cut it off anyway so looks just fine..

every thing looks lovely and even though a great price , the quality is brilliant...

Good quality bath at excellent price. Delivery fast. Good communication of expected delivery. Would recommend.
