Customer Service Letdown

We ordered 2 taps and to be fair they came very quickly. The problem is the (lack of) customer service afterwards. 1 tap, the dearest, developed a persistent leak ( the ceramic gland and it is not a standard size !)and they will not respond to e-mails. The tap is made by Butlers of London - no response from them either, but elsewhere I read TapCentre and Butlers of London is same company !?

Dreadful - Take Money And Dont Provide Goods

The company immediately took payment in August 2013 and have never provided me with the tap that I ordered. I have only had one email response saying goods have been dispatched and then totally ignored. I would say that this stinks of obtaining money by deception and I would under no circumstances recommond this company.

The company are now completly ignoring my emails and the money has not been returned as requested. Please avoid this company.

Are They Still In Business?

Not only do they not reply their email, their telephone number, on their website, don't work either.

Their online "chat to us" don't work either.

After ordered, Order Confirmation and many emails promissing that they will deliver the good, STIL nothing.

Threaten to cancelling the order, seeking a refund and compensation, STILL no reply.

Are they still in business?

After 4 weeks of chasing, I have now gievn up any hopes of getting my "confirmed" order fprfilled. Good riddens Tape Centre/ Butlers of London. Don't bother trying to buy anything from them!

Cannot Believe That They Are Still Allowed To Trade.

AFTER ALL THE COMPLAINTS THAT PEOPLE HAVE LOGGED ON THIS SITE (TO WHICH I HAVE JUST DISCOVERED) AND AMAZED THEY ARE STILL TRADING.

I PURCHASED A FAULTY TAP IN OCTOBER AND BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND SINCE.

IT'S UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH IT.I AM WITH 'WHICH LEGAL'DEPARTMENT AND SO WELL WORTH THE MEMBERSHIP AS THEY ARE GUIDING ME ON THIS APPALLING COMPANY.

Avoid At All Costs

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!!!

After receiving faulty tap and reporting it 12th December it has still not been rectified 9th Jan. The phone number is connected to a mobile phone which is never answered.

The on line chat facility is also never available. We have been without tap now for one month with no one getting back to us. Please save yourself time and effort and steer clear.

Found sink i was looking for on line but no dimensions listed. Although i have tried times to talk to someone the phone just rings out. I have left a message to call me but no response. Very frustrating!!!!

No Aftercare Customer Service

I purchased a spray tap last April 2011. Contrary to other reviews, my tap did arrive and we were very pleased with it. However I have recently had a new kitchen installed and my fitter managed to lose the washer that secures the tap to the sink. I have left countless messages at TapCentre where I purchased the tap and Butler of London who supposedly manufacture the tap. I have now discovered the two companies are one in the same. However I have not received a reply from either of them which is very frustrating as my tap is way to loose to use.

Avoid Wasting Your Time (and Money)

Web site does not work after several timewasting attempts. No provision to order for Republic of Ireland as advertised... No one answered the 'telephone order' phone number - numerous attempts over different days.

I sent a message through their online form and did get an email response asking for further info which I sent them... but then NOTHING!!!
