I placed a first order with System Hygiene recently for some 24oz kentucky mop heads. After some delay, they eventually sent (cheaper) 20oz mop heads instead. I emailed them pointing out the error and they simply did not respond in any way. The value of the order was too low for me to be bothered about pursuing this matter further but their attitude to customer services is appalling, and their ability to get a simple order right clearly questionable. I will certainly not buy from this outfit again.

Buying goods online/over the phone from this company revealed some very serious issues with trustworthiness and reliability. Other bad trading practices include no response to emails. I had to report them to Trading Standards to get a refund. Abysmal business etiquette.
