Avoid At All Costs
I bought 2 chairs from these guys from the Chelsea Flower Show - chairs made under the Raymond Blanc name so I thought I was getting quality. How wrong I was. Endless trouble with the delivery date - then the chairs delivered were not the same and one was broken. Lots of toing and froing failed to resolve the issue. Finally I wrote to Raymond Blanc - which led to the guy from Sunlander calling me at home and berating me for costing him a large order from John Lewis. Only glad I was able to save others from having the same experience as me.

Bought a Lotus mini bird bath on the last day of the New Forest Show July 2012. Although there were 6 or 7 on display, I was given a boxed item! Having got it home, I opened it up to find that the stand was broken. Looking on the internet, I have found that there are other disgruntled customers from last year from various shows. I will try to contact the trader, and if i manage to get recompense, I will be back to rewrite this review. I did not spend a great deal (£15)- but that is not the point - others have!
I also bought the same item on the last day of the New Forest Show last week and was also given a boxed item having been promised it was in perfect condition, only to to find the bowl cracked. I can't remember the name of the trader and can't track spot it in the show brochure listing the trade stands, so if you could comment with the trader I'd be very grateful.

Sunlander Very Sneaky
Sunlander Ltd have recently closed their website, because I believe that they are in trouble with one of their major suppliers and are obviously trying to hide. But after some homework, I see that they are now selling the same furniture through another store (http://www.hertsfurniturecompany.com/garden-furniture/metal/), which incidentally happens to be run by the same person from Sunlander Ltd. Sadly, he has been known to screw his suppliers (and customers) before, so we are not surprised at this recent development. I would love to read that you caught up with him!
Do not buy from him, both his previous companies have gone bust.

Don't Buy From Sunlander
Paid £950 in full for garden furniture at Chelsea Flower Show May 2011 - have never received goods. This company also trades as Herts Furniture Company in St Albans.

Do Not Use This Company
bought 8 seat table,chairs & parasol from new forest show late july 2011, delivered as promised in 14 days,but with wrong legs for table all details on invoice were uncontactable,phone no told you to send e-mail,fax no was wrong and never a reply to many e-mails sent.By luck found a phone no on another website which led us to someone called 'Luke'(sometimes same voice but Lee)Very rude service,we had to give them the measurements for what we needed(shouldn't they know?)then promised delivery within a few days.Never came!Was then promised delivery to a neighbour while we were away,guess what?never came!Finally got through to a phone in CYPRESS!(He's now on holiday)and was given all kinds of excuses then,he put the phone down on my wife.Get a text message to expect delivery soon,guess what?they finally arrived on the 8th of sept YIPPEE!! This has been a absolute nightmare for us both.Please be very,very wary of this company

We too are having terrible problems with this company. After only six months the legs fell off two of the chairs, but despite e-mails and phone calls and photos of the damaged chairs, we are getting nowhere. They initially promised to replace them, but now there is just an answering machine and they don't reply to my e-mails. Don't buy from this company.
Anybody any suggestions how I get hold of them?

Poor Delivery And Damage
We ordered 8 person set at Ideal Home Exhibition. Delivery of 4/5 weeks was double. Then found faults and eventually promised replacement in 4 weeks. Still waiting after 6 weeks. Quality not bad but after sales service is poor.
