What a wonderful surprise as I am a nervous internet shopper. I was kept informed via email at regular intervals of my parcels whereabouts which arrived on time. Beautifully wrapped and a top quality item. Vibrant fun colours. The cutlery is eay to hold. My grandchildren will love these. And a sensible knife that can also cut - fruit, cheese and even play dough.

Well organised website, easy ordering system, beautifully packaged carafe and other items. I received all within six days but it was shipped from poland. Totally satisfied, will buy again.

I found the EXPRESS delivery to be incredibly slow, however when I requested an update I was giving the information very quickly. Items wrapped and protected very well.

I was looking for a specific design product that is out of production and came upon this site. I did not know what to expect as it's the images and writing were unsharp on my screen, which appeared weird, and when I tried to pay for the order this did not work. So, the fact that it is a serious site and that I got my order as planned was a positive surprise. The highly breakable product was well-wrapped with care, which deserves an extra point. The only downside is, it has a production flaw in it. I did not expect it as it is a high-quality, expensive piece and this should have been discovered when wrapping for shipment, at the latest. It is true shame, as I don't want to send such breakable item back with international mail; not to mention the administrative costs and hassle of reversing and redoing custom. A discount would have been nice; a check and sending of another box with flawless item even better.
