Ordered an apollo hammock stand on thursday and arrived next day, really pleased with the quality so far and would definitely recommend to friends...although instructions were't that clear!
Awful Service - Avoid This Company
This company promises free next day delivery on all items - do not be deceived. My item never arrived. It is impossible to speak to anybody on the telephone - the person answering is 'just a message service' and cannot answer any queries. I am awaiting a refund via PalPal claims dispute........

Identified the hammock I wished to order and found it cheapest at simplyhammocks.co.uk. Good range of products at competitive prices and rapid free delivery, so went ahead and placed the order.
Got a despatch confirmation back within 6 seconds, which was suspiciously good. The parcel never arrived and took many emails back and forth - the company offers no means of phone contact and emails are checked once a day by the looks of it.
Eventually tracked the parcel down myself after discovering that it had been sent without a name on it and to a different address to the one I'd asked them to!
No apology or decent response from the company - they appear to be a front for another that actually does the despatching
