Silverline would not accept photos of a broken drain rod coupling (see email below), have to post the entire drain set and accessories back at my own postage cost.

The item was poorly made of cast iron that easily broke/cracked (Monkey Metal !!)

Do not purchase tools from them.

I purchased silverline silverstorm impact gun an bit driver. They lasted 2 weeks. I then paid £8 delivery £13 to send back to warranty department without replacement till it's checked over an to be told I may have to pay £8 again for delivery.
