I ordered 50x M4 furniture handles at 38mm length as the ones that came with the handles for me new kitchen are a bit too short. I received my order about 1 week after ordering. On opening the cardboard package, I tried one of the screws and it left a 2mm hang over on the inside of the kitchen cupboard. I then measured several of the screws to find they are 40mm and not 38mm as I ordered. Firstly, I tried calling the telephone number on contact us page of screwmaster.co.uk and it doesnt exist. I then used the email which was duly ignored. I then found an email address for (presumably the owner) and emailed again which has also been ignored so looks like I am going to have to order correctly sized screw elsewhere. Incidentally, I can get 50 screws off ebay for the same price as screwmaster but with free postage. He had the cheek to charge £2.50 postage then sent the screws in a cardboard envelope which had a postage label of £1.60 on it. Wouldn't mind about that if the order had been correct or he showed an interest in rectifying his mistake.

Is this a real sales website? I placed and paid an order that I never received. I emailed them three times and never got an answer as well. I lost £20 and a whole month waiting for nothing, now I need to find other supplies.

I needed supplies for various DIY jobs around the home, including various fixings and screws. I found that the Screwmaster site had all the bits and bobs that I needed, in sensible quantities.

The site was really easy to use and had the option of paying by PayPal, which I prefer. My order was delivered very quickly, overall great service and I will be back when I need more DIY supplies!
