I made an order in writing stating size of plants required. Everything was agreed. Artificial plants arrived at least double the size of the measurements discussed. Plants were put lose in huge box. They arrived completely damaged. Also sent to wrong address. Nit the delivery address I gave. Had to be collected and returned twice. Then told to go away. How rude. Then offered a plant to make up for the 6 times I awaited on couriers (they didnt come on dates given to me by Replica Plants) the goodwill gesture of the plant never happened. It didnt come. It was in writing they would send it. They ignore all contact. 3 months now. Endless stress, emails, never got what I ordered or the goodwill gesture. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible everything. How is it my fault they doubled the size of my order? How is it my fault they never used any protection/packaging?
