Ordered the items on Friday, and got them delivered on the following Monday. Fab!
One minor point though that no invoice or email confirmation of the order, and I had to chase the ReAgent team. Not good.

Our website automatically sends out order confirmations to the given email address immediately after each order. Presumably there would have been a problem with your email address but without identifying you we can't confirm exactly what caused the problem.
Our invoice system is electronic and as such we will email over invoice PDFs when requested, usually within the hour. I'll pass this feedback over to our IT team - they may be able to make this clearer.

Product That I Could Not Find On The High Street
I had tried to find 'battery acid' to replace a spilt battery on a garden tractor but no one in any of the leading motor stores stocked or would order this product for me. It meant purchasing a new replacement battery at £70 - £80. however, I found 'reagent' on the net and for a quarter of the new battery price they were able to supply. Quick service, delivery to the north of Scotland in two days, job done. will be a future customer and would recommend them.
