The flexible plastic edging at the bottom of my shower screen became worn after several years and split. I contacted the company by email and we exchanged a couple of messages over several days. About a week after I first contacted them, a new part arrived in the post *free of charge*.

Bought a 1000x800 sliding door did what it said on the box looks great and very good quality

ive tried so many times to contact this company and left so many voicemails they refuse to answer....there is no email address and the fax number is not in use i also contacted sage pay of whom the payments go through and they say there closing there account as from 30th april 2012.the items i bought are faulty and unable to use them if which was a toilet and sink people watch out they seem to be a fraud company taking innocent peoples money STAY CLEAR

I ordered the toilet and wash basin, which arrived as promised. Sadly there was a flaw in the basin which had been glazed over. However, when I contacted Paul at Primrose, he agreed to send out a replacement immediately and without quibble. This arrived, again as promised, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service that I received. If only all the suppliers on the web were as good.

After a lot of searching to replace my existing enclosure I came across

Primrose Bathrooms,with an easy to follow site,purchased the above enclosure delivered next day.on inspection was pleasantly supprised with

the quality of the enclosure, this was in January 2011,I eventuly came to

install my purchase in November 2011 again I was amazed with the quality and ease of which it was put together. I had a couple of issues with the

magnetic door seal and top chrome cap on the wall jamb.

These issues were reported to June at customer services,(very helpful)also had a call from Paul, again very helpful,said they would send replacement

parts for next day delivery, they arrived,installed,now perfect.

Required a new set of shower rollers and I found primrose bathrooms website after exhaustive research. I called their number and found the service very friendly, and very efficient. The goods arrived at my house the next day. Top marks to Primrose Bathrooms !

I purchased an overbath shower screen after coming across the Primrose Bathrooms web site. The photos and spec. looked too good to be true for the price they were charging, especially compared with the overpriced rubbish you see in certain large DIY stores.When it was delivered (On time) it was a quality item and I am really happy with it. Unfortunately when I removed it from it's packing one of the hinges was broken. I e-mailed Primrose on the Sunday night, had a response on the Monday and new parts first thing Tuesday morning, where else do you get service like that these days? Well done Primrose I will recommend you to my family and friends, I will certainly be buying from you again.

We ordered various items including a shower cubicle, shower valve and head etc and all were delivered promptly and efficiently. Although the cubicle was not quite right for us we were able to return it and have a refund with no problems. A further little problem arose but once again, no problem and a new part was sent out straight away! Our new en suite and bathroom look outstanding and are lovely to use thanks to Primrose! We would certainly recommend them to our friends and would use them again should the need arise so a big THANK YOU to all at Primrose Bathrooms!!

The website is humorous and user friendly, the products unique and great value for money. I experienced a problem with my purchase and it was handled and resolved terrifically well.
