Unfortunately this company seems to be a target. I don't find these reviews to be accurate at all. We had very good experience, delivery, workmanship slate quality excellent sign all round. Still going strong despite being knocked over by some cows!(Now re erected)

After my order was placed heard nothing back, does not respond to emails, never answers the phone or responds to emails

This person only responds after opening a case with the 3rd partly payment handler, but it's nothing more than empty words and no intention of completing a single order, I paid for the premium service being a delivery within 5working days and other it's now been over a month now and I really do not expect this order to be fullfilled as I've already contacted my credit card companies to recover the money, so in short do not use this company or any of the companies that this person trades under as he at prestige slate or premier slate is just out to rip you off. Just read all the many bad reviews before you get ripped off

Can't believe people still being ripped off your this set up. I reported them two years ago to trading standards. . Good luck !

One initial then a replacement sign received. Really poor quality paintwork - badly bubbled. First was blamed on our delay in unwrapping from packaging. Second was unwrapped immediately and same poor quality. Absolutely no response to my calls, emails, texts asking for refund. Black Holr! Don't be fooled by professional looking website. Avoid like the plague

Same website same lack of sign. I ordered a month ago and no sign. Escalated with paypal for a refund. Why do paypal continue to keep account open? They put a Hermes delivery number onto the paypal case but when I checked I found that they had tried to dispatch something on day I ordered before I approved the proof but Hermes didn't collect as not suitable whatever that means.

Use at your peril. They stole my money, sent me nothing, change their name all the time and come up with excuses. The website is very professional and convincing. Avoid like the plague. Also called, premier slate, quality slate (latest name) bespoke slate etc etc...

Do not buy, how can these people still have websites that exist  everyone please report to trading standards! Let's get the site shut down

Sadly, I hadn't seen this site - if I had, I wouldn't have ordered!!

As it was - placed an order and received a proof within a day. This was looking good. That was the last e-mail I have received. No sign, no contact - the website is dead and the phone number doesn't work.

Luckily, I paid via PayPal so there is at least some hope of recovering monies via that route.

DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEy by trying to buy from this fraudulent company..exactly the same experience, ordered, paid, no sign , no response.
