In 2008 I asked PREMIER GARAGE DOORS for 2 estimates, one for a roller shutter and also for a canopy door. I was told my garage wasn't suitable which turned out to be a LIE confirmed by another garage door shop. I was advised that only the canopy was suitable. After a long chat about motorbikes and general friendly banter and knowing I live on my own, he made a generous offer saying if I had any problems within the 10 year warranty as he was just around the corner, all I had to do was call him and he would be around.

When the door arrived it was the wrong size, they ended up cutting into my concrete garage floor leaving a total mess just to fit the door. They wouldn't provide me with their own warranty despite phone calls and emails, which they claim they didn't get.

Then in 2015 I took PREMIER GARAGE DOORS up on their promise when there was an emergency and THEY DIDN'T WANT TO KNOW AND WOULD NOT HELP. I had to turn to GARADOR the makers of the door who turned out to be my savior and we had another garage door fitter sent to sort out the problem.

I went to Small Claims but he denied he made me any promises and made out he was Mr Nice guy but be warned HE IS NOT.
