Bought a Dewalt cordless drill Friday afternoon and it arrived early Monday

Cannot fault these guys

My brother placed a few orders with this place for many thousands pounds worth of tools for his new company. They took the money off his card and then cancelled the orders. He called them up to see what the problem was and they thought it may be fraudulent transactions so cancelled the order and sent the money back to his bank. They did not even bother to call him but he had to call them and the guy at the other end was very rude. Their loss as it was 6k of sales. Poor service!

Can be cheaper but too slow question delivery
