How they could get this so wrong baffles me!

I ordered 4 pieces of perspex, one piece I received was 2mm thick instead of the 5mm that I ordered, 2 pieces that should have had rounded corners were still square and unfinished. The 4th piece I ordered was correct.

The delivery time was poor, but I complained and they agreed to remake the entire order. I asked for some urgency as I needed it before I went away in December, but they did not achieve this, so I asked for them to hold onto sending it until my return in January. I had an email stating that they would not send it out until January, but when I was in the USA a few days later I had an email saying they had dispatched it. Luckily my neighbor took it in for me. When I opened it up today, the sizes were correct and they had rounded the corners, however, despite the protective film on the surface of the perspex, every piece has various scratches on. One piece didn't matter as it will be used in the bottom of a vivarium, but the other pieces were for picture frames and as such are unsuitable.

So if you don't mind poor quality and are prepared to wait 6 weeks for delivery (3 weeks for the first, and a further 3 weeks for the remake), then this is the firm for you. If you want top quality and quick delivery then try somewhere else. How this firm continues to survive amazes me. I also wrote a review for publication on their website, but its never appeared, I wonder why?
