Onlinegaragedoorspares.com Bad Customer Service
Ordered a spare garage door spring from the online eBay shop of onlinegaragedoorspares.com which proved to be incorrect. I sent it back to them expecting a refund, instead I was told that the garage door spare spring that I ordered online and returned to them (after realising it was the wrong one) was damaged beyond repair/use and that they would not refund me.
Not only am I down in cash, they don't have the decency to pay to return the spring to me. Overall I am down £34.99 for the spring plus £8.95 for the original postage plus £6.00 I paid to return the spring to them. And I have no spring. Give me my spring back please online garage door spares.
I certainly wouldn't buy anything from this company again based on this experience.
