Ordered A Kettle On The 20th Still Not Here

I ordered a brita water filter kettle on the 20th July its still not here and i have tried calling them both numbers on the website dont work. I have no trust after reading reviews on here with them and started a claim with paypal to get my money back. They sound very dodgy will purchase elsewhere from a store or trusted seller.

Absolutely Useless! Beware!!

Ordered a kettle on 8/6/2012 which took 10 days to arrive. Opened the shabby and tatty packaging to find the wrong model delivered. Have emailed numerous occasions through the confirmation emails and also via their website. It's now 28/6/2012 and I've yet to receive a response. Just phoned the website Contact Us number to be greeted with 'Mailbox Full.' Will be liaising with bank to get a refund.

Used Ulatools for the supply of a toaster, product faulty and had to be returned. New product supplied but also faulty.

No return of postage costs despite numerous contacts, emails and promises.

Return postage costs in excess of product!!

I ordered an electric toaster from this company, and when it was delivered was found to be damaged due to poor packing. I was Emailed a return postage voucher which turned out to be insufficient to cover the postage. The toaster was nevertheless returned, and a second toaster was received, damaged in a similar manner to the first.

Since then I have been fobbed off with lots of excuses, but all requests for reimbursement and a prepaid postage coupon to return the damaged toaster have proved fruitless.

The Emails that I have received contain spelling mistakes and are barely literate. This company does not behave in a reputable or responsible manner.

I ordered a kettle. When it arrived it leaked. I was sent a returns label by email which I had to use that day. That was more than 6 weeks a go. They have not refunded my money or answered my emails.

It would have been less hastle to flush the money down the toilet.

Absolute Joke

I ordered a slow cooker on the 10/3/12. I contacted olutools on the 22/3 as the item still had not arrived, i received no response from them, i have since sent a further 4 emails to this mickey mouse company (no offence Mickey)and i still havent received a reply.

My last email stated that if they didnt respond, then i would just get the credit card company involved to get a refund, i have received my CC statement today and can see that the money was refunded a few days ago, i still have not received an email from these.

My advice would be to stay away from these at all costs, as i ordered nearly a month ago and still dont have the item i wanted, also, they cant even be bothered to respond to any issues you have.

Still Not Delivered

I have placed my order 10 days ago as it was £5 cheaper than Amazon.

After not answering my emails for 2 days and never on the phone I am still waiting for the dehumidifier to come.

And all that for 5 quid cheaper than Amazon.

Cant even star good the value for money if you don’t get the item, can I?

Blender Was Shockingly Cheap And Turned Out To Be New.

I saw this site on google advertising the red hand blender I have been thinking of getting for sometime. They were advertising it for almost 50% the price I saw it in Argos. Anyway, I went to the site only to find out it was refurbished. I was very reluctant to buy a refurbished item and secondly was not sure of the site.

Anyway, I decided to give it a go and bought it. The Blender turned up 2 days later and it was practically brand new. OK it had factory seconds stuck on the box but otherwise it was no different to the one in the shops. In addition it was works just perfectly.

Really pleased with my purchase.

Thanks Guys You Saved Me Tons Of Cash

Bought a Breville Hotcup from this site before the Christmas. Thought it was a bit of a risk as I have never heard of them before. But they wee way cheaper than anywhere else so I took a gamble and it paid off rather nicely. Kettle arrived within 48hrs and it was just as described. Promised them to help them spread the word out so there you are.

With regards to Kettle, it was a refurbished Kettle but it was like new. The only thing that made me know it was refurbished was the "Factory Seconds" sticker at the base of the box.

Anyway it made a lovely present and my daughter loved it and that's what counts.

If Only They Have Delivered This Kettle 3 Days Ear

If only they have delivered this kettle 3 days earlier I would have been willing to give this website 5 stars. Found this kettle on this site. It was the cheapest I could find and placed the order 10 days ago. They said it will arrive within 3 - 5 working days, well it took 8 days in all. I was surprised it took so long as we are located in the same city (Manchester UK). I contacted customers service who I must admit were very courteous and all but still I got the kettle three days after friend's birthday. Nevertheless, it arrived and it works perfectly. I guess its a good site to pick up deals but you must be willing to wait about a week for your item. Next time, I will order the item and just drive to their address and pick it up (At least they claim they have it in stock so no excuses for late delivery)
