I bought the coat stand in oak, but didnt like the finish as my decor is different and the product was bit different, so i asked them to take it back, which they did and i also managed to get a free delivery for the mahogany one, the service was good, excellant, and i have been contacted to left a review, so thanks again.

I bought the dinign set, priced at 104.95, arrive in a week, overall it was a good service.

Well dont know about other people as they might have a different case. but definitely i will recommend this website, first next day delivery for my coat stand, which i think is the cheapest price i have seen and paid for something i was looking for since last 2 months. so excellenet service and they did send a delviery email with a tracking number. so glad.. in the end just a thanks you.

Ordered my tv stand and it said it was in stock... Waited in for next day delivery which I paid £17.00 for it NEVER came... emailed them two day later, its now 3 days after emailing and NOTHING!!!! emailed them again this morning...still NOTHING!!! looked on paypal to see if there was a customer service number....YAY!!! there was one and was VERY disappointed as the young girl knew nothing about my order...said her manager would call me back..I said no because of reading reviews from this site... asked for my money back as they said didnt know when it would be in stock... asked to speak to manager, didnt know when he would be back... she eventually hung up on me... I have reported them to trading standards....

absolutely love it, and next day delivery. They had an issue with my paypal payment but still contacted me before the delivery and once i got the items, they called me and make sure I was happy with the purchase and quality of the item. i would say they offer good service which most of the companies now a days wont..
