Don't Seem Interested
Ordered sash window scales on 20th April, got order confirmation email, then another to say they had been dispatched on the same day - great!. Ten days later they still hadn't arrived,. I phoned and spoke to them and they sent a replacement set out. The next day two sets of scales arrived, both dispatched on 30th! Were they sat on a bench for over a week? Worse still, 1 set of scales is defective, the other was good for 3 window weighings then packed up. Uninspiring response when you call them, all singing all dancing website- Dare I order anything? - really not sure if I want to risk my reputation
Also, if you give a negative review of one of their products, they will not publish it, which is not very honourable. Even the large DIY chains publish all reviews - good or bad

Supply To N Ireland
I placed a order on line and three days later i was told mighton dont supply to N Ireland, only via Mila in Dublin, Northern Ireland is part of UK,so check delivery before you go on line

Great Products, But Very Poor Customer Service
Great products, but when I tried to return something that was not the right size they insisted on a 20% "re-stocking" charge, so beware.
Thank you for the comment. We are sorry you found our terms warranted a poor review of our customer service. We do make it clear on our Terms and Conditions page on the site that business returns are subject to a re-stocking charge to cover costs of initial packing, despatch, subsequent unpacking and re-shelving. Sales to Homeowners are exempt from re-stocking charges and comply with current distance selling regulations. If you wish to discuss the matter further, please call us. Great Sash Window Hardware Shop
I bought sash window fasteners and weights from Mighton several times now and find their prices and products very good. The orders arrived quickly and there's bulk discount which is always helpful!
