I bought a ceiling fan from them that went wrong and I had to claim under guarantee. Their first email said, "No problem. My colleague will be in touch with you tomorrow to arrange collection". That never happened and there then followed the most ridiculous email correspondence I have ever known. I even had a threat warning me that if I contacted them again it would delay their response! The last I heard was an email saying simply, "Please ignore this email" - yes, really! Luckily I had paid with a credit card so successfully claimed reimbursement from the bank.

Still Waiting For My Order 3.5 Weeks
I ordered a ceiling fan (in stock) over 3.5 weeks ago, they took the money, but I still haven't received a fan or a confirmation e mail. I have e mailed twice enquiring where my fan is, no response. I even tried to phone twice yesterday and call was diverted then went dead. Not sure if even still in business. Beware - Don't order from them

Item ordered against the website promise of 1-3 day delivery. PayPal confirmation says 8 days. Following not receiving the item I phoned the number on the PayPal order. This is a messaging service - You will NOT get a call back. other available numbers are a mobile that is on permanent voice mail and the land line number wasn't much better. The man who answered knew nothing, could not put me through to anyone who did and really didn't give a damn. STILL NO CALL BACKS. My guess is that this is a poorly run dropship business with no stock and no customer service. You will regret ever placing an order with these unprofessional clowns

It starts with an order confirmation followed by an email saying the item has been despatched followed by an email saying the despatch confirmation was sent in error as they're awaiting new stock. Emails sent to them bounce back, calls are not returned and there's no sign of merchandise. These clowns probably earn their money from the interest received from the point of order to the point at which the credit card company debits their account with the money they defrauded, assuming the credit company does this for such small amounts. No doubt they're laughing all the way to the bank.

This company are absolutely terrible. Have not received my item and cannot get a refund no communication what so ever. Keep well away
Worst Company In The World
ordered goods at the start of July. I cancelled the order after 8 weeks of not receiving the goods, despite being promised many times that they would turn up the following week. After cancelling the order, the goods turned up. I returned using their prepaid service. No refund since apparently the goods did not arrive back at their depot. I am now out of pocket. No goods, no refund and no reply from Lyon Lighting. Avoid at all costs

Lights Ordered Arrive Two Days Later
i ordered five bollard lights for my garden online in the early hours of Wednesday morning. I paid via a paypal and then did not receive an email confirming the order. On Wednesday afternoon i emailed and pointed this out as i had read some reviews and was anxious to track it as my garden work stated next week. I received a prompt email back and as i knew it was a 2-8 day delivery i waited. I woke up today (Thursday) to find the box in my living room. The lights are fab and i cannot complain at all about the delivery speed. also the communication from the team by email has been good.

Ordered a ceiling light that took 2 weeks to be delivered with no communication from this company as to whether it was out of stock or discontinued or for any other reason.
They are cheap but inefficient. Stay clear.

Item Still Not Received - 7 Weeks Later!!
Complete order still not received, communication is shocking with the company fobbing me off telling me my item has been dispatched. Nearly 7 weeks now and I still don't have my item! Avoid like the plague!'!!
