Full of empty promises, we had to carry out a lot of the tidying up jobs ourselves, grouting and skirting boards. I would also have concerns about how seriously they take installation regulations, burying live wires and not cutting off gas supplies safely to name a few.

Really appalling and chronically lamentable service.PLEASE look around at other much more reliable companies! Totally disinterested and can't remember to either turn up when planned and when they do, forgets half the kit - actually half the stove they were meant to be fitting! Things that need sorting after fitting (though shouldn't) melt into insignificance once they've received payment. We still need aspects of the original fitting (which happened 5 months ago)attending to, but they're seriously not interested. Now I intend to pay another competent and reliable company to put things right - really do not want LOG ON FIRES back in my house. Minimal advice pre- purchase too which means we now have an ornamental stove which doesn't heat the room properly. Hugely disappointed in these people. Avoid, is my advice.

Absolutely dreadful company- shall be taking them to the press. Am livid, spent near 3,oook on an ornament, the fire is unsafe. have spent two years since instalment trying to get them to rctify the issues (and there were soooo many) The company owner needs a serious course in politeness and customer service) So, so terrible its almost a joke.

Resorted to HEATAS, THEY ARE LOOKING INTO ITas they had not

1. Registerd the fire

2 Put up the legal requirement of a disc on fuse box to sate that they were compliant.

3 It took me as a customer, to request x5 times, for them to put up a carbon monoxide box

No contact made unless you ring them at least twice. Empty promises of phone calls and e mails to resolve problems. Wouldn't use them or recommend them.

Fantastic customer service reliable and friendly would definitely have them back to do more work in the future very professional and know what there doing . So anyone looking for a new fire please go in and see these people. I believe they do more than just fires too. So thank you all at Log on Fires love my new fire xx
