I ordered a set of 10 energy saving bulbs for my household and was mightily impressed with both the the manner in which such a fragile cargo was packed and the speed of delivery (they came next day even though I only ordered at 4.30pm!).

The package came by Fed Ex and was a lot larger than expected due to the amount of padding to protect the bulbs. (Better safe than sorry!)

To be honest I can't say anything bad about them as their old slightly dodgy website has disappeared since I last visited them and has now been replaced by a superb user friendly one that looks fab!

In summary... Prices are good, service is excellent - I will definitely be buying from them again!! Keep up the good work

Lighting-direct.co.uk has been under the ownership of Lyco Ltd since late 2010 and has served its customers with the same level of service since then.

I have been a customer of Lyco for years and they have always maintained a high level of customer services. Products are usually delivered next day and any problems are sorted out very quickly. Now they have lighting-direct.co.uk I get the same great service only much more products to choose from.

Last week I purchased 2 light fittings and true to form they arrived next day with no problems what so ever!
