Total Effing Joke!
Steer well clear. Have been pestering them for a month about a problem. There are no proper customer service standards in place. I don't even think they are now trading. At least that benefits the rest of the country.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I'VE BEEN COMPELLED TO WRITE A REVIEW
Recently I ordered two shower doors from Liberty bathrooms, upon installing the first of these the shower door smashed whilst adding the handle.
I called the adviser at Liberty Bathrooms with the 'suggestion' that this may have been caused by a defective handle (a rough edge had put pressure on the glass when being screwed on) or by a poorly drilled screw hole (causing pressure on the glass when screwing the handle on).
He said the matter needed to be referred and I would hear back shortly... I subsequently heard nothing for two days so I called again, only to be told the relevant member of staff was busy and would call back, again I heard nothing. 4 days later I called a third time... He referred me to Maybe the Manager - (I hope not for the companies sake!). He informed me that I was in fact "Lying" and proceeded to give me a "physics lesson" stating if the door had been handled a dozen times coming over from China it was an "impossibilty" that it could break in the way I described, "physics wouldn't allow it!" I think he has an unfortunately poor grasp of physics, and needs to understand that touching stuff a lot of times doesn't in fact make it indestructible.
I had several minutes of pleasured conversation with this man, at one point he even suggested I was calling from work and threatened to call the company to tell them I was complaining on their time! Basically in a nutshell not only an extremely rude individual but also the provider of simply the worst customer service I have ever had or heard of.
In summary - They appear to get their products from third rate manufacturers abroad, don't quality check them before dispatching and then blame you for any defects you have the misfortune of discovering.
Place an order... roll the dice... You've been warned!

Quite possibly the worst customer service of all time. Ordered a toilet for delivery with a 2-5 day delivery time. Nothing arrived after 6 days so chased. Was told it was coming. Chased again to be told they didn't know what was happening. Was then given an absolute assurance that it would be delivered on a certain date. Chased again on the day to ask for expected time of delivery as most companies notify you of a window. Was told that they would call me back once they knew. An hour and a half later was called to say that they would not be delivering as it had smashed and we would have to wait another week. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was away from his desk and that he would call me back. He has not called back. No one has apologised. Really don't ever use this company. Awful!

Incompetent, Unreliable, Apparently Stupid Too.
Purchased a shower-bath with shower screen last year. When I came to fit the bath, there were only 3 feet in the cradle kit. Took them two weeks to send, not the one plastic foot that was missing, but a whole cradle kit, which I didn't want and now have to chuck as it's bugger-all use with only 3 feet. Then tried fitting the screen. Not easy even for an experienced DIYer with sub-standard instructions. Several hours later, tried fitting the plastic chrome effect towel-rail that came with it. Two small plastic bolts are all that hold it on. Got the first one in no problem. The second sheared in half with no force applied to it at all. 20 plus phone calls and 1/2 a dozen emails later, I still have no replacement bolt. They claimed to have posted a set to me three times - never arrived. They sent a set by courier - that arrived.....wrong bolts. They claimed to have sent two more by post - never arrived. Sent another out by courier - that also miraculously arrived....with a random assortment of screws, spacers and caps. No plastic bolts. Their last effort was to send me a whole shower screen kit with the expectation that I would replace the one I'd spent hours fitting, have a screen (and a bath cradle) I didn't want or ask for, and somehow be grateful for it. I have never encountered such incompetence or so many excuses and tall stories. They don't return voice messages, rarely answer the phone, and seem incapable of sending me....one....tiny....plastic....bolt.
Find another company - I thought I'd got a reasonable deal, but I've spent probably 40 quid on phone calls, put up with significant delays on refurbishing house with associated stress, and after many months of biting my tongue, remaining polite and putting up with their incompetence I STILL don't have the poxy bolt. (Yes, I have tried to find an alternative - everywhere - without success. It's a weird size). I've now given up all hope of getting them to put this right. I would spare you the same experience. Look elsewhere.

They Don't Listen Or Respond.
Ordered suite in October 2013. Arrived without warning.
Smashed vanity unit. Didn't send replacement until chased.
Toilet pan was faulty. They sent 4 more with all the same fault and wouldn't listen to my suggestions on how to resolve the issue.
Ended up buying the toilet pan from somewhere else and it was fine.
The shower screen hinge broke a week ago. I emailed the pic and as usual no response.
They have no idea wha customer service is as they don't know how to communicate. They don't apologise for anything.
AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Nightmare !!! Do Not Use This Company
Found this website to be very competitive so decided to place my order with them, their initial service is marvellous but once they have your money you need to hope nothing is wrong when your order arrives..... They lead you on if you have to have anything replaced ... Due to it being SMASHED..... they won't re-deliver until they are back in your area.... I also had some small parts missing for a shower enclosure all they need do was post them out .... They first told me it would be next day first class post ... Then they told me it would be RECORDED DELIVERY ... The bits turned up 10 days later and guess what .... They were WRONG parts ..... I ended up going and purchasing them separately from another store.... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED... Didn't even get an apology .... Do yourself a favour and find some other company to deal with ....

Loads Of Faults!
Purchased a Galleria suite and would advise the pros and cons of suite.
Pros looks ok and cheap.
Cons very poorly made. Sink, when affixed to wall the waste does not leave square to the floor, so making difficult to affix waste pipe.
Toilet, the pan is poorly made and I had correct a 4 mm slope over the width of the pan! The doughnut between pan and cistern was totally ineffective. The seating of the water-intake required special attention to make watertight!
Bath front, whilst looks good is not made square.
Taps, very noisy, so after a few days I am looking to replace.
Would I buy the suite again or recommend. No

Liberty Bathrooms - Do Not Use!!
Bought a bath/shower and a mirror cabinet - both damaged on opening. However as we had had them delivered and not opened until after the '28 day' period they will not do anything about it. They are unhelpful, do not reply to emails, fob you off when you call. When you ask for a manager there is never one in. Absolutely disgusting service. They have said we have caused the damage even though on the cabinet there is a mark within the material. Please learn from my mistake and do not use this company. I am currently involving Trading Standards to help me.

Very unaccommodating Customer Service. They were unable to help resolve any issues but just stick to their policy.
I had an issue with one of the products which they sold as it didn't fit in the enclosure, nor would it fit after trying to accommodate for the width requirement, because of the product design. The product was a very high end shower enclosure, and when I requested that it be swapped with their lower end model, they refused as it was outside their 30 day refund period. I stressed that I only wanted to swap the showers and that they could keep the difference. They still refused. I felt that the company is extremely unaccommodating. That they don't exhibit any customer service attributes. On my future building products I will strongly not use them, nor recommend them to others.
