I got one of these and it failed on me after only 2 months (and approximately 10 uses). The rivets at the top of the ladder failed causing it to collapse and luckily only caused bruising. It could easily have led to a serious, life altering, injury. Lyte Ladders and Ladder sales direct, who I purchased it from, have been unhelpful, and dismissive. They have taken no responsibility and are claiming it was misused.

Fantastic service just received my loft ladder exactly what I was looking for it been struggling for days since the last one broke, delivery time was on point and website was very informative in terms of specifications which of course with a loft ladder you need many, I'd usually go to my nearest b&q but I'm starting to look for the best deals and this was a cracker. Quality was as expected I'd trust my life with it!

I received my ladder however the packaging was slightly damaged so I didn't accept however upon contacting the company I was met with an excellent warm and friendly sales team who guided me through every step of the returns process reassuring me every step of the way, and solved the problem in time for me to paint my mothers ceilings, thats why I just had to write a review for them as they need recognition. Build quality on the step ladder was spot on I got the titan one! Thanks Ladder Sales!!!

I ordered some ladders with a guarantee of a 5/6 day delivery - 2weeks later the ladders haven't turned up and the company haven't got a clue when they will arrive - unfortunately another example of a small company who cannot deliver what they promise

The telescopic ladder is brilliant. It's robust but sill light, easy to use and absolutely excellent. We bought it because we needed to transport it in the boot of a car but we like it so much that we will be using it at home instead of our non-telescopic ladder. Reviews of some telescopic ladders on other websites warn against pinching fingers when opening and so I was keen to buy a ladder with an anti-pinch aspect like this one- I can confirm that it works perfectly. We also bought the bag which is well made and a perfect fit. The service was the best I have experienced for some time. There were no delivery charges and the ladder arrived within 2 days of ordering and tracking info. was available at all times.
