To be fair I've had a few Kybotech ( billoh )sheds overthe years and they were ok,ish but this last transaction had me tearing my hair out due to change of cicumstances I had to cancel the order and that's where the nightmare began,trying to get a refund off this company is fraught with problems , they basically ignore you and hope you go away I give up in the end and let PayPal deal with it and they got my refund. DO NOT NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE NIGHTMARES

AVOID AT ALL COST. I would no stars if i could. Incompetant customer services who lack basic common sense and 10 year old maths knowledge. I bought a playhouse for my daughter. Much smaller than advertised. Damaged parts, door 4 inches too small and not enough felt for the roof. After 2 weeks of phone calls i gave up trying to talk sense. Ive been a builder over 15 years and felted many roofs. Its common knowledge that a small roof of this design requires three pieces of felt to cover it. One either side and one over the middle. Each piece of felt was required to be cut at 1.8 metres. They sent 4 metres of very low quality felt. How is it possible to get three strips from this short roll. They insist it is enough to cover the roof. Ive asked on 6 seperate occasions how is it possible, how long is the roof and how long should each piece of felt be cut to and each time they refused to give me an answer as they knew they were wrong and refused to accept responsability

I bought a Kybotech shed 2 years ago. The roof quality poor and method of constructing by banging in nails nearly took the whole shed down. Within weeks (after painting) the shed had shrunk so much the doors wouldn't meet and gaps and holes were appearing in the wood. I complained with photos and no-one ever responded. Now, the roof is leaking through the felt and mild is growing inside. The ten year old shed I took down for this heap of rubbish was in better condition.

Did a bit of research in sheds this had good reviews and looked the part, the shed was delivered on time so I set about making concrete base.

Got a friend round to help erect the shed all was going well until we got to the roof nothing was fitting so rechecked everything all was square & and to the spec ended up having to buy more materials as the roof was so far out of line. We measured everything several times throughout. So anyway finally got the shed up after spending about £50 on materials. Shed has been up now for 9 months, it was soaking wet inside and the roof had mould all over it and yes I did paint it as soon as it was up. Now the hotter weather it here all the tounge & groove is splitting so there are gaps every where not what you would expect from a £700 she'd substandard in my opinion.

This is the second shed i have bought. Both have been good for the price although they are made from cheaper materials, especially the roof felt which rips very easily and roofing board which has sagged with both sheds despite being kept dry. If you want a cheap shed you want to bespoke then this is ideal, but if you want something substantial then i would look elsewhere. I would recommend for something if on a tighter budget.

From ordering to delivery the service was fantastic.

The playhouse was easy to build and all fixtures and fittings were provided.

The step by step assembly instructions with pictures were really useful.

We painted it inside and outside with little green paint company oil based paint to give it longevity and make it pretty maintenance free. We also added glazing strip to try to keep it weathertight.

Our grandchildren love it.

Attaching the barge boards to the edge of the roof was difficult as there is so little to attach them to but that is my only criticism. Otherwise it's a great product which will give years of outdoor play.

time element to assemble was given by somebody living in a dream world. Ordering and delivery was fine. The assembly was another thing. We bought a 6 foot by 4 foot shed and a 2 foot extension. The directions for assembling the 6 X 4 was 3 to 4 hours so we thought add on 2 hours for the extension. Wrong it took my wife and I 12 to 13 hours to assemble. We found the assembly directions hard to follow and as for wearing gloves to protect your hands how are you meant to deal with tiny screws, nuts and bolts? If we known how difficult and time consuming this would be we would not have bought a metal shed. I sent details for guarantee by email and as yet awaiting an answer.

Great Delivery Service but then onwards very dissapointed.

Flimsy product with pieces missing. Pictures and write up on site give a very different impression to the standard received.

Not really fit for purpose. No inventory of parts so not aware any missing until construction well underway. Panels had overhangs of wood which we had to cut to size to make them fit.

Windows very poor fitting, even after sealing with silicone, which meant we could no longer open them we still had water ingress.

Very poor value for money. Would not buy from this Company again.

Good product delivered on time. Very impressed with the modular design and how easy it therefore was to handle. Despite the components seeming very undersized, the building once erected is surprisingly sturdy. My only complaint is that all the screws nails and ironmongery came packed in a single bag, which is shrink wrapped to the one of the other packages. Unfortunately this means having to sort through a mass of components and fixings to find the required ones. Also this packaged had opened inside the package it was attached to and many of the fixings were complete loose inside.

We received a garden shed, flat packed. All the parts were there and all the diagrams were easy to read. Did exactly what it said on the tin.

Very happy.
