Is this a fake company ? I have paid over £ 500 order.No confirmation about delivery. No response to emails, phone calls

First contact with this company was by message to them from ebay. Their reply referred me to their sales email address which never replied to my second enquiry. On my subsequent order for a value of over £1,000 + weight of ~400kg) I received both confirmation and dispatch notice. The dispatch notice referred me to their website for tracking information. There was NO link to transporter or other details available on said website and it did not function correctly or permit me to create a logon for customers there.

Three urgent emails to JC Electrics by different means and still no answer from them on delivery times or details.

The telephone number given on the dispatch notice does not function for callers outside the UK even when called on a UK mobile.

Delivery was to France and arrived without warning and at great nuisance to myself, the neighbours to the unoccupied delivery address and the truck driver.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement and I shall certainly NEVER deal with this company again. Their customer contact and follow-up is non existent, to call this “service” is an understatement.

Purchased storage heaters (4) enquiry Monday prompt reply, ordered on Tuesday,delivered on Thursday AM, follow up phone call to check on delivery position, all in all first class service and good price.

I emailed this company to check which heater I needed to purchase before I placed an order with them as it was for a specific purpose - I received a one line response " stop fx ng emailing us "

I had never contacted them before and had not been offensive in my email so I was very upset by this one line response. I have emailed since to try and find out what the problem is but they have ignored me.

I would not recommend any firm that are so unprofessional that they send out offensive emails like this. I purchase everything via the internet as I do not drive and this is the first time I have ever had such a rude response.

Would not recommend.

I've had one of these before and have been looking for a replacement for a while. I am very pleased with it as I use this constantly in an airing cupboard as it runs at a very low cost like having a lightbulb on, a lot cheaper than using a tumble dryer. could not do without one of these now.

JCElectics have the best price for this fire+ the service and delivery are brilliant !!! Will be using again. The fire looks great in our conservatory ! Lots of positive comments off friends and family . It is heavy , so not so great if your looking for a fire to move around . The colour is light cream which fits in well with our decor .

The service was quick and easy, delivered quickly and was complete which is a nice change :)

Excellent product, but the carrier "ChronopostInternational" could not find our house. Instead of leaving the package at our local post office, I had to drive for one hour (return journey), to another town. Not 'JC Electrics' fault.

Good website, good prices, excellent delivery. I haven't installed the towel rail yet... just hope it's in good nick!
