We had the equipment installed a year ago and we have been extremely happy with it. It has been really effective in the summer and we have had enough heat for us to sit comfortably without wearing our dressing gowns! The whole experience of it has been painless and considering our age the price was really reasonable. Certainly a good investment for younger people who will have more years of benefit from it.

The product is really easy to use - thank goodness. The service and after service has been excellent - very helpful staff.

the box has been fitted for about a year and has unctioned very well and has resulted approx. 30% reduction since fitment of the box. very happy with the system and after advice from the engineer can expect a slight improvement on this.

I have had this magic box for just under a year. I am happy with the heat it generates, but unfortunately I can't say how much I have saved as I do not have the bills to check.

The system was installed neatly and efficiently within a few hours by the firms workmen and seems to work as planned. The temperature of the water can be easily controlled. I am saving gas by this method but am a little concerned at how much electricity is being used by the magic box when the water is being reheated via the panel. After some hot water has been used from the system it does take some considerable time for the new cold water to be reheated. Even though advertised as the "quietest box ever", I was quite surprised at the noise and vibration that it made and would advise not to have it fitted adjacent or within a bedroom. Sleep would be impossible! It would have been nice to have had this knowledge before agreeing a contract. Luckily we have an unused room and a toilet/wc between our bedrooms.
